Política de reembolso

1) ENTREGAS
Tempo de entrega das encomendas por destino:
Em Portugal Continental a entrega é efetuada em 3 dias úteis após a expedição.
Ilha da Madeira, entre 3 a 12 dias úteis após a expedição.
Ilhas dos Açores, entre 3 a 12 dias úteis após a expedição.
Restantes países entre 3 a 10 dias úteis após a expedição.
Os portes de envio são gratuitos para Portugal Continental e Espanha Continental.
2) DEVOLUÇÃO POR DESISTÊNCIA
O cliente poderá, caso não fique satisfeito com os produtos fornecidos, proceder à sua devolução no prazo de 14 dias de calendário após a recepção. Contudo, o direito à devolução apenas ocorre, desde que os produtos:
– Não tenham sido utilizados.
– Mantenham as características originais e a embalagem não esteja danificada (as embalagens abertas cuidadosamente não serão consideradas danificadas).
– Não tenham sido adulterados e mantenham a etiqueta de identificação.
3) PROCEDIMENTO DE TROCA OU DEVOLUÇÃO
Para trocar um artigo por outro, trocar o tamanho de um artigo ou fazer uma devolução, por favor siga os passos abaixo.
COMO PROCEDER:
1.º PASSO: IMPRIMIR E PREENCHER O FORMULÁRIO DE DEVOLUÇÃO:
Descarrega aqui.
2.º PASSO: COLOCAR O ARTIGO E O FORMULÁRIO NA CAIXA:
– Coloque o artigo e o formulário devidamente preenchido na embalagem de envio. Caso seja possível, junte também cópia da fatura. Pode usar a embalagem original onde recebeu a encomenda ou outra caixa de cartão, desde que não esteja danificada. Caso utilize a embalagem original, esvazie-a e coloque apenas o artigo que pretende devolver.
– Feche a caixa e sele-a com fita-cola.
3.º PASSO: ENVIO DO ARTIGO
– Envie o artigo para: R. da Agra 93, 4590-670 Raimonda, Paços de Ferreira, Porto, Portugal
Note que o custo do envio do artigo será ao encargo do cliente.
4.º PASSO: REEMBOLSO/TROCA
Após rececionar e analisar o produto em caso de devolução a EPINETTE procederá à devolução do montante em questão através de transferência bancária. Em caso de troca, após a receção e verificação do produto recebido, a EPINETTE procederá ao novo envio do produto selecionado para troca.

In mainland Portugal, delivery is made within 1 working day of dispatch.
Madeira Island, between 3 and 12 working days after dispatch.
Azores Islands, between 3 and 12 working days after dispatch.
Other countries between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are free for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain.
2) RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied with the products supplied, you may return them within 14 calendar days of receipt. However, the right to return only applies if the products:
- Have not been used.
- Retain their original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged). 
- Have not been tampered with and retain the identification label.
3) EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCEDURE
To exchange an item for another, change the size of an item or make a return, please follow the steps below.
HOW TO PREOCEED:
STEP 1: PRINT OUT AND FILL IN THE RETURNS FORM:

STEP 2: PLACE THE ITEM AND FORM IN THE BOX:
- Place the item and the duly completed form in the shipping carton. If possible, also attach a copy of the invoice. You can use the original packaging you received the package in or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and put only the item you want to return in it.
- Close the box and seal it with tape.
STEP 3: SENDING THE ITEM
- Send the item to: R. da Agra 93, 4590-670 Raimonda, Paços de Ferreira, Porto, Portugal
Please note that the cost of sending the item will be borne by the customer.
STEP 4: REFUND/EXCHANGE
After receiving and analyzing the product in the event of a return, EPINETTE will refund the amount in question by bank transfer. In the case of an exchange, after receiving and checking the product received, EPINETTE will send the product selected for exchange again.
