The Premium Experience is our way of raising the bar for Epinette Chemises by setting us apart from the competition, through sophisticated delivery with our premium box, excellent for gifts or for you to feel the full value of Epinette Chemises shirts.
How can I buy from Epinette?
1. Choose the category you want.
2. View the products that interest you. Click on the item and evaluate the images and corresponding information, such as the description, size, price and quantity.
3. Add the product to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or process your order. Registration is not compulsory.
4. Select one of the following payment methods: Credit Card, ATM or MB Way.
5. Confirm your order.
6. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Can I delete an item from my order?
Yes, you can delete items you don't want from your shopping basket before processing your order.
Do I have to register on the website to make a purchase?
No. You can finalise your order without registering on the website by choosing the ‘buy without creating an account’ option.
What payment method can I use to make my purchases?
Epinette currently offers the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB Way, Credit Card.
How can I prove that I have made my purchase correctly?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, please contact us through the channels available and shown on the website (e-mail).
Is it safe to buy from Epinette?
Yes, you can shop with complete peace of mind, because this website is committed to its visitors and protects your personal data by encrypting data transmission over secure HTTP, guaranteeing the security of your purchases and your data.
Are items marked as unavailable replaced?
When an item is unavailable, we will endeavour to make it available again as soon as possible. If you want it, please send an e-mail to: info@epinettechemises.com indicating the reference, colour and size you want. We will contact you as soon as it is available.
If there is no stock available and no prospect of a replacement, the item will be removed from the website.
Will the invoice be issued with my personal details?
Yes. Whenever you enter a valid tax identification number (TIN), you will receive your invoice with these details. If you have not entered a TIN on your account or have provided the wrong one, we will automatically issue an invoice to the Undifferentiated Customer, in accordance with the law.
